STORICO 18
The new layout is conceived as a vertical spatial sequence, with private functions arranged on the lower levels and culminating in a luminous open-plan living space on the uppermost floor, which extends onto a panoramic roof terrace and establishes a strong visual and spatial dialogue with the surrounding historic center. Through a restrained architectural language, the project balances historic substance with contemporary clarity. A palette of natural materials, custom-crafted elements, and precise detailing creates a warm and tactile interior atmosphere. The intervention reveals the latent qualities of the original building while introducing a sophisticated spatial continuity suited to modern living.
